 TUMBLE TOTS: 30 minutes of Parent & Child interaction fun!  Floor warm-up, beginner skills, obstacle courses utilizing preschool sized equipment and foam pit.

TUMBLE BUGS: 30 minutes of learning fun for youngsters that are potty trained ages 2-3 years old.  Children will utilize the obstacle course with preschool sized equipment, experience beginner floor skills, then end with a big finish on the tumble track and trampoline.

JR. CRITTERS (Beginners Ages 4-6): 45 minutes of all around gymnastics fun!  Class will begin on the big kid bars, moving on to tumble track, ring, and rope, then on to the floor for stretching and beginner skills, with an obstacle course finale!

SR. CRITTERS (Advanced Ages 4-5-6): 45 minutes of all-around fun for the experienced gymnast!  Classes entail tumble track warm-ups, rings, rope, and BIG BEAMS.  Then it is on to the bars for strengthening and more independent gymnastics.  Class will finish on the floor with basic gymnastics skills and a introduction to vaulting.

LIL DREAMERS (Ages 3-6): An hour long group on Saturday mornings for children that show a natural ability, fearless attitude, strength, flexibility, coordination above their peers.  This is a team prep class for families interested in advancing past recreation into performance and exhibition in the future.  An invitation into this class is required.

FLIPPERS (Beginner Gymnastics-7 & Up): An all-around introduction into the basics of floor, beam, bars, and vault for children with limited experience with the sport.  This hour long class includes cardio fitness and conditioning along with stretching for maximum growth.  Skill evaluations occur every three months for promotion decisions.

FLYERS (Intermediate Gymnastics 7 & Up): Children are placed into this class when they have progressed through 80% of Flipper skills. Gymnasts will work to further their knowledge and master more difficult skills.

TWISTERS (Advanced Gymnastics): Children are placed in this class when they are 80% proficient in Flyers skills and are ready for more advanced skills and combinations.

POWER TUMBLING (Level 1 & 2): Ages 7-18  Class will consist of floor and tumble track tumbling, cardio and condition, along with other skill building exercises.  Successful completion of Flippers class or private lessons may be required prior to entry.
